I started Plainly HR because I’ve spent 18+ years inside companies, from scrappy startups to global organizations, and I kept seeing the same thing: small and growing businesses desperately needed real HR support, but everything out there was either too expensive, too complicated, or built for companies ten times their size.

I’ve led HR for high-growth SaaS companies, FinTech startups, pharma firms, and everything in between. I’ve built people functions from scratch, scaled teams from 13 to 500 employees, navigated compliance across the North America, Europe, and India helped leaders make some of the hardest people decisions they’ll ever face. I’ve done the work and I know what actually matters for a business like yours.
